Sublime Brands is a cannabis company looking for dedicated individuals with self-starting attitudes to join our packaging team. The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in packaging processes is preferred but not required. This position is repetitive and requires a high degree of attention to detail, extended periods of concentration, and teamwork to package our top-quality finished products. The weekly schedule requirements for this position are Monday-Friday: 5:00AM-3:30PM.
Duties
- Uphold all company standards of professionalism
- Make sure manufactured items are ready for sale by placing them into containers, sealing them, labeling/stickering them and preparing the items in boxes for transport.
- Must be familiar with record keeping; Weigh, label, and record information about each package
- Pack, weigh, and label products for shipment or storage.
- Identify and dispose of defective items.
- Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools.
- Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tool
- Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
- Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure packing specifications are met.
- Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and tracking sheets.
- Load materials and products into package processing equipment.
- Clean containers, materials, supplies, and work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools
- Maintain the physical aptitude and health to perform all necessary manual labor required.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Perform all duties with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- No history of felony convictions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able and willing to do repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong communication skills
