Position Objective: This role utilizes solid software testing skills to ensure the highest quality product delivery. The successful applicant with a strong technical background collaborates with software development teams to define and execute test cases and manage defects through resolution.

- Creating, organizing, and executing test cases.
- Writing test plans and summary reports.
- Development and maintenance of automated testing.
- Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional team members to define the testing approach/strategy for a given product/application.

Knowledge/Credentials/Experience —Experience in developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases within a software organization with knowledge of the full product development life cycle. Experience in evaluating product functionality and implementing automated testing tools and frameworks.
Skills & Ability— Solid Software Testing skills with a keen eye for details. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to plan, schedule, execute, and complete work in a self-directed mode from inception through production. Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
Physical characteristics— ability to sit, stand, bend, lift no more than 50lbs, talk, hear, type, read printed material, utilize a computer, and professionally communicate over the telephone.
Environmental factors—working conditions inside the office with moderate noise levels, occasional telecommuting via VP approval, travel less than 10%.
Working conditions – regular business hours, situational holidays & weekends as necessary to meet business needs.
