The position’s primary focus will be global partner management and general support on the international consumer products business to drive achievement of annual P&L and long term revenue and fan growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for reviewing and approving partner product submissions and driving consistency of NFL branding through partnership with US QC and Brand Creative.
Oversees international Licensing Management system updates, maintenance, and royalty reporting.
Collects and collates quarterly forecasting; coordinates with Finance on submission.
Key contact and liaison between data insights group and CP partners.
Coordinates Game Pass initiatives with Game Pass team and CP partners.
Outlines deal memo terms for new agreements; coordinates with legal on draft contracts.
Enters and routes new agreements through CMS and DocuSign.
Manages IMG licensing agent – reviews new deals, product approvals, responds to general brand inquiries
Supports execution of key global partner initiatives – i.e. marketing campaigns, retailer events, assortment expansion
Maintains master licensee list, including MG’s, contractual marketing spend, and contractual tickets
Manages and tracks promo allowance spend
Works with Legal on trademark clearance/registration and customs letters
Creates and maintains product portfolio deck of international programs
Coordinates with Domestic CP Marketing team on new marketing asset creation and usage
Assists with International Marketing team key initiatives – i.e. Influencer Program product orders, Digital Program assets, Int’l Newsletter assets, etc.
Minimum 5 years licensing or consumer product experience – cross-category a plus
Knowledge of international retail market landscape
Experience in partnership management
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders
Experience working within centralized structure of global product partners
General knowledge of NFL fan base
Understand trends in product and product marketing
Ability to anticipate problems and solutions, to find efficiencies
Extremely strong partner management and collaboration skills
Understanding, appreciation in working with different cultures
Ability to balance global vs. local partner priorities.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage various projects
