The Solution Executive - Simulation is a senior level sales position within HealthStream with primary responsibility for selling a simulation portfolio of solutions to all HealthStream clients and prospects. This project requires collaboration with account executives and other solution executives assigned to the respective account.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, the Solution Executive seeks to align simulation solutions with the clinical and business objectives of the customer, and to increase HealthStream revenues in the account. The Solution Executive achieves these goals by positioning HealthStream as a “Simulation Partner,” by designing consultative solutions with measurable outcomes based on identified needs, and by assisting in the development of an enterprise simulation strategy that aligns their simulation investments with clinical and business objectives.
A. KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
B. SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 5-7 years relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in B2B direct sales selling workforce development related software, software as a service (SaaS), simulation solutions, or resuscitation solutions to healthcare accounts, including the continuum market.
- Extensive experience with all aspects of B2B sales processes from prospecting through the closing of business, including, carrying a quota, sales training, forecasting, pipeline management, lead generation/management, RFP response, web and in-person presentations, product demonstrations, proposal generation, contract negotiations, and performance reporting. 30% - 40% travel expected.
- CRM management, oral and written communication, MS Office, CPR Skills, and team selling.
