Description:
The Account Manager will represent Bimbo Bakeries USA at the headquarters in Horsham, PA. They will provide customer with a resource for daily business concerns and work internally with business units to coordinate annual bids and strive for increased profitability. The Account Manager will act as the mediator between ALDI corporate, ALDI divisions, and internal associates through ordering complications, carrier conflict and new item development and product line expansion. They will be a knowledgeable source on everything customer related to help assist in whatever cross-functional concern arises.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage communication of shortages and other trouble shooting between divisions and producing bakeries.
Oversee orders and invoices.
Coordinate holiday schedules.
Prepare annual and seasonal bids.
Coordinate samples.
Manage ongoing relationship with customer.
Proactively resolve customer satisfaction issues.
Effectively balance internal profitability desires against customer’s goals.
Oversee product flow via multiple distribution outlets.
Verify accounting for daily operations, as needed.
Develop and implement internal modifications to better service the customer and BBU.
Obtain approval for internal modifications to packaging, formulation, etc.

Position Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, SharePoint and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Able to build relationships with bakery teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Working knowledge of consumer, food manufacturing and supply chain.
Bachelor’s Degree.
