Bachelor’s degree / equivalent work experience.
Ability to travel significantly to the different restaurants within the region, and to work extensive hours2+ years of experience with using a PC and MS Office Suite, working in a fast paced environment and preferably managing 10+ units3+ years of successful experience meeting / exceeding customer service overall satisfaction results; delegating, holding direct reports accountable and communicating across a dispersed group of restaurant managers.
5+ years of experience managing 5+ units and analyzing financials, maintaining cost control systems, and business planning.
Hiring, training, coaching, developing and managing the performance of the General and Assistant General Managers and Catering Operations Supervisors.Manager will handle between 6 - 10 restaurant locations.
Expenditures, profitable P&L’s for assigned restaurants, and ensuring corporate assets are properly maintained / safeguarded.Constantly increase sales and transactions by developing short term marketing plans.Reinforce the compliance of all company policies and procedures.
