  • Restaurant Manager (QSR) Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree / equivalent work experience.

Ability to travel significantly to the different restaurants within the region, and to work extensive hours2+ years of experience with using a PC and MS Office Suite, working in a fast paced environment and preferably managing 10+ units3+ years of successful experience meeting / exceeding customer service overall satisfaction results; delegating, holding direct reports accountable and communicating across a dispersed group of restaurant managers.

  • Restaurant Manager experience coaching and mentoring team members; and preferably experience in hiring and staffing, training and the on-going management of a multi-lingual restaurant staff.4+ years of consistent performance reviews of meeting or exceeding standards and of experience overseeing applicable restaurant regulatory areas, to include: employee safety, food safety, HAACP, wage and hours, immigration, etc.

5+ years of experience managing 5+ units and analyzing financials, maintaining cost control systems, and business planning.

  • Restaurant Manager (QSR) Responsibilities:

Hiring, training, coaching, developing and managing the performance of the General and Assistant General Managers and Catering Operations Supervisors.Manager will handle between 6 - 10 restaurant locations.

  • Responsible for all aspects of operational plans and deployments.

Expenditures, profitable P&L’s for assigned restaurants, and ensuring corporate assets are properly maintained / safeguarded.Constantly increase sales and transactions by developing short term marketing plans.Reinforce the compliance of all company policies and procedures.
