Responsibilites:
Own the sales forecast as head of the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland region
Responsible for developing the region by building a pipeline of new and recurring business, and meeting an aggressive sales target
Collaborate with local and head office-based Sales, Partnerships and Marketing resources to drive the expansion of the overall company footprint in the DACH region

The ideal candidate will be:
A German, Swiss, or Austrian national and full-time resident
Willing to travel extensively
Highly intelligent, of good character, and capable of effectively operating remotely and independently
Skilled at creating new business and managing major customers
Capable of selling an engineering/CAD/CAE solution across a wide spectrum of SMB and large enterprise accounts
Experienced in the aerospace, automotive, industrial, or medical device markets
Knowledgeable about the Additive Manufacturing marketplace
A native German speaker with great English skills
Highly curious about new technology, and motivated to take on the challenge of transforming an industry
Interested in the process of scaling a well-funded, early-stage software company into the next great software success story
