They have retained Naviga to identify a Vice President of OEM Sales to join their team.
Title: Vice President of OEM Sales
Location: Remote/Virtual – Anywhere Across the US.

They are the largest distribution channel of new car leads and have roughly 50% of the new car leads market
They have scale—have done an excellent job of creating volume of leads for manufacturers
You will be a pivotal executive that impacts strategy and execution of the OEM sales channel.

Engage, develop, and nurture relationships with the operational, management, of the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s) and their agencies within the automotive vertical.
Develop a consistent approach to communicate with OEM and their agencies’ operating and management teams.
Identify issues and opportunities within the OEM organizations directly or via their agencies at all levels within the organization
Work with the leadership team to formulate action plans to both create value to the organization and address opportunities.
Develop mechanisms necessary to communicate, in a consistent manner, the status of relationships, projects, and issues to the leadership team.
Provide input to the prioritization process as an advocate for OEM initiatives.
Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility.
Manage and monitor day to day activity for all accounts to insure budget optimization and quality delivery of product.
Successful relationship builder within and across organizations
Significant prior experience in a fast paced, customer-focused organization with proven experience in significant, complex, implementation automotive projects
Exceptional group presentation skills and fluent in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in sales and sales leadership roles.
Prior experience in automotive retail, automotive agency, OEM or direct OEM sales experience.
Thorough understanding of automotive technology and trends
Willingness to travel
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
