Skechers Digital Team is seeking a solutions architect for our Skechers Plus Loyalty Program reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Platforms and Data. As the Loyalty Solutions Architect, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver loyalty capabilities that improve the lifetime value of Skechers Consumers. You will work collaboratively with product owners, vendors, and business stakeholders to ideate, architect, and execute the underpinning of omni-channel loyalty experiences that will convert one-time shoppers into lifelong consumers. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical leader, have full-stack technical knowledge in enterprise technologies related to loyalty, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-
Responsible for the full technical life-cycle of omni-channel loyalty platform capabilities which includes:
Technical architecture and technical roadmap in alignment with consumer loyalty experiences.
Technical planning, design, and execution.
Operations, analytics/reporting, and adoption.
Collaboration with stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineering, quality assurance, and operations teams to support the desire business outcomes (consumer acquisition, consumer lifetime value, engagement via earn and burn, ...).
Technology enablement of consumer loyalty experiences across all last-mile applications (e-commerce, marketing automation, retail, customer service, native mobile app, and other channels).
Mastering of direct to consumer data domain and loyalty data lifecycle including data acquisition, data quality control, data movement, data storage, data activation, and data disposition.
Technical integration architecture with relevant direct-to-consumer data management systems such as CRM, ESP, iAM/iDM, CDP, data warehouse, PIM, DAM, OMS, ERP, ...
Leveraging analytics/reporting platform to improve loyalty capabilities adoption and business outcome.
Ability to get things done and drive projects to completion
Digital savvy with focus on consumer outcomes
Ability to simplify and explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication, with attention to detail
Knowledge of business process improvement, reporting, problem solving, troubleshooting skills.
Effective stakeholder communication at all levels of an organization.
Basic project management skills
Fundamental understanding of Agile method
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-
Computer science/information technology degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years experience with powering loyalty journeys via loyalty technology platforms.
3+ years experience with data engineering with a focus on consumer data.
Experience with direct-to-consumer e-commerce, mobile native app, marketing, retail, and call center technologies.
Experience with analytics/reporting technologies.
Experience with enterprise architect design
Experience with software development
Experience with enterprise application integration with the following data domains: customer, transactions (orders/returns), catalog/products.
Experience with data platforms (databases sql/nosql, s3 datalakes, data warehouse, datamarts, data quality, data governance, analytics/reporting)
Experience with data integration (API, REST/SOAP, micro services, ETL, message queue, event streaming, SFTP)
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or MS Azure)
Experience with GDPR, CCPA, and other consumer privacy regulations.
Experience with scrum, lean, scale, and other agile practices.
