Coca-Cola of Northern New England is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and collaborative Senior Manager of HR Services to join our team!

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Manager of HR Services will lead a dynamic team of HR Business Partners to support all aspects of the employment life cycle as needed, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, recognition, development, employee relations, compliance, and separations of employment. This role reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources and Communications, and collaborates with department peers and business leaders throughout the organization to support annual company goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a team to handle full spectrum of compensation, benefits HRIS and payroll functions ensuring best in class services to employees, leaders, and HR teams
Maintain external relationships with vendors, brokers and advisors to review and manage compensation & benefits administration
Drive continuous improvement of HRIS/payroll services to ensure processes are efficient and cost effective and provide value to employees
Assist with developing HR plans and strategies to support the organization’s goals and growth
Oversee full cycle recruiting process; ensure effective and efficient execution of sourcing, selection and screening activities
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and legislative requirements
Develop relationships across HR and throughout the organization to understand the business environment and needs
Analyze HR data; identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service quality and cost effectiveness i.e.: Labor Turnover trends, absence management
Deliver HR training and development initiatives required to meet business goals
Maintain legally compliant personnel files, organized in accordance with requirements
Administer compensation program within the guidelines established to ensure internal equity; maintain required data for compliance reporting
Ensure that all annual appraisals are received by HR, logged and filed within 30 days of the review date
Ensure all compensation & benefits programs are effectively managed and compliant with external regulations and plan governance to minimize risk
Manage annual incentive program including review of plan design to ensure it is competitive and meets business objectives
High touch communication support, amplified by HR Field team and Office Managers to help engage employees on compensation and benefits programs and initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or field required
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive human resources generalist experience
PHR or other HR certification is strongly preferred
Strong working knowledge of state and federal employment regulations (EEO, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, etc.)
