The HT Group is seeking a sharp and friendly Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients in Austin. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task and take initiative on projects. This position is temp to hire, with great team members and a professional, friendly workplace.
Provide administrative support for executives and their department
Answer phone calls and direct to correct person/department in friendly manner
Be the main point of contact for office, and face of company for guests, customers, clients
Assist with processing internal paperwork for new hires
Perform other related duties and assignments
High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Well-rounded technological capability (Salesforce experience is a plus!)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to type 45+ WPM
