Job Summary: As a key member of the West Division Sales & Marketing Analytics Team, this position is responsible for leading business analytics for Marketing Strategy. In this fast paced environment the position directs a highly technical team of managers and analysts focused on supporting acquisition, upgrade, retention, competitive, and product efforts. The role will partner with cross functional teams to identify key strategic areas of focus requiring tracking, reporting, and analytic support necessary to evaluate effectiveness. Collaborates with HQ/Division/Regional Leaders as well as cross-functional business partners in BIS/Reporting and FP&A. Lead efforts to standardize reporting and tools. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. Develops process and procedures to drive department efficiencies.
