  • Schedule Customer Service Representatives
  • Promote a culture of team work and excitement
  • Lead the team with a Customer Service focus as top priority
  • Lead the team with sales focus
  • Handle escalated calls from Customer Service Representatives
  • Perform reviews for Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service Leads
  • Assist with hiring of Customer Service Representatives
  • Back up phones as needed
  • Log calls and notes
  • Initiate disputes for customers
  • Answer CSR’s questions as needed
  • Daily desk side training of Customer Service Representatives
  • Training of new hires and continuous focus on coaching positive performance
  • Manage call stats
  • Backup Customer Service Representatives with all duties as needed
  • Jo/e Mentor your employees, co-workers and customers
  • Coordinate tasks and initiatives with CSM as needed
  • Manage Employee Incentives
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour


  • Call Center Management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Call Center: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Call Center Supervisor: 5 years (Preferred)
