We are a neighborhood wellness center in East Atlanta seeking an experienced Wellness Administrator and Coordinator (24 hours/week) who wants to grow with us. You have great organizational skills, a strong customer focus, and are able to learn on the go. And most importantly, you’re excited to contribute to building a collaborative culture and take on a rewarding new adventure. We’re looking for a Coordinator with a Marketing background who is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. That passion comes through as she/he engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of:
Roles and Responsibilities:

Execute daily operations.

Engage with clients to help check them in & out.

Walk clients through our services & provide any necessary guidance.

Promote & ensure the sale of products.

Ensure the setup for basic, machine-based services.

Geeting of all guests.
-
Assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products,
-
Cleaning of the spa and relaxation area as needed, wash clean laundry
-
Must have weekend availability.

Undertake daily administrative tasks

Support marketing executives in organizing various projects

Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires

Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)

Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success

Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts

Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, blogs, etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market

Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

Proven experience as a marketing assistant:
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Wellness Coordinator with proven sales and marketing OR minimum of 1 year of employment within a Hotel environment or Spa.
Qualifications:

Experience working in a spa, yoga, or wellness studio is required.

Personal passion for wellness and/or the natural healing movement is required.

Wellness background is preferred.

Superior customer service skills.

Highly organized.

Strong ability to communicate clearly.

Available to work flexible hours including weekends.

Pay Rate:

Base pay starts at $16 per hour
