Job Description: This is a Program Analyst non-exempt position. This position is at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Navy ERP Business Office (NBO) in Lexington Park, MD. The candidate works on the Customer Liaison/User Management/Operations team. The candidate in this position performs program management, technical, or business case analyses. The candidate will participate as a member of and/or supports the NBO program team and directed business meetings. The candidate will collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to the NAVAIR Navy ERP Business Office and product programs. They will track program and project status and schedules and apply policies and procedures for financial planning. In addition, the candidate is part of the customer liaison team, and will support the technical requirements for Navy ERP User Management.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of Navy business processes and have some Navy ERP experience. This position is responsible for providing resolutions to customer issues and problems as they relate to Navy business processes utilizing Navy ERP. The candidate must have skills in decision making, communications, and critical thinking.

Primary Responsibilities include:
Track and monitor actions required by the Customer Liaison and Operations Team.
Conduct research and analyzes a variety of data in support of the Program Management office.
Summarize data in format for sharing with the NBO team and leads.
Collect and compile monthly metrics and reports, monthly status reports, quarterly reports, and business process flow documentation.
Create and Maintain applicable annual updates to business process documentation to support the NBO, including desk guides and internal procedures.
Plan and coordinate events or meetings in support of the NBO.
Assist the NBO CL team with User Management processes including Access Enforcer processes.
In-brief new personnel into the NBO suite.
Escalate issues to the Team Lead.

Experience/Education Requirements and Qualifications:
BS or BA degree in a Business, Management or "Relevant Technical Discipline".ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience; OR an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
Two years of previous experience with Navy business processes, or NAVAIR, or Navy ERP.
Two years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis.
Experience in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, SharePoint
Secret Clearance required.
