Role and Responsibilities

Position Summary and Project Details:
This summer you will have the exciting opportunity to work on our Retail Operations team for Home Appliance. You will s upport Home Appliance (HA) retail field team’s efforts to improve in store merchandising – product display flooring, POP (point of purchase) and parts ordering compliance. You will review and analyze reports on the above, identify action plans and work with the field team to implement solutions.

General Duties include but are not limited to :
Work with third party field team to ensure field merchandising compliance reports are received in a timely manner
Provide a point of view and analysis on merchandising compliance reports, and suggest actions plans
Work with field team mangers to execute action plans and manage deliverables / timelines
Assist in the execution of POP projects

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising or a related field
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong analytical skills
Project management skills
Marketing and/or Consulting experience a plus

Internship Eligibility:
Must be enrolled in an accredited University
Must have proper work authorization
Maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA
Attend New Hire Orientation on first day
