Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers while managing all front desk and switchboard responsibilities in a professional environment. Provide administrative support to the customer service department while managing projects directly affecting department initiatives and metrics.
- Answer and direct all incoming switchboard calls to internal and external customers • Follow policies and procedures while processing all incoming and outgoing guests • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail including distribution of intercompany mail for the division • Manage multiple projects to support Customer Service Department initiatives including audits and acknowledgments to customers • Create, analyze, and maintain daily reports to support metrics • Assist in coordinating department calendars, meetings and events • Provide support with document management and file retention
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • 3-5 years related experience in customer service and administrative support • Associates degree preferred • Results driven with ability to problem solve independently, improve quality, eliminate waste, and meet customer service goals • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in a fast pace, multi-project environment • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus notes
