Regular Full-Time contract position at the IRS Facility in Memphis, TN for a contact providing Facility O&M services for MIRSC’s 24/7 operation including facilities management, operation, maintenance, service, repair, minor construction/alteration service for buildings, structures, grounds, roads and parking lots, utilities and related support systems and equipment. The Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator will manage the CMMS database entry and report preparation.

Under the Project Manager, the CMMS Administrator is responsible for the smooth operation of the Work Control Center. As such, the CMMS Administrator:

Manages and troubleshoots the CMMS.

Follows data entry standards used in the CMMS. Establishes, reassigns, revises or deletes records in key data tables in response to system user or customer requirements.

Develops and manages standards/procedures used for entering facility-wide information, and setting system defaults for each building system.

Coordinates with the shift supervisors to facilitate the importing and exporting of equipment, inventory and other data.

Prepares documentation of inventory, workorders, and other items used in monthly reports.

Maintains hardcopy records for easy recovery and provides them to government personnel as needed.

Prepares and oversees workorders and coordinates with the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager for maintenance, purchasing, and inventory to support the maintenance function including the establishment and maintenance of equipment master, labor, and inventory records.

Communicates with COR with Project Manager on workorder status and ensures that workorders are input within the required parameters.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements
High School Diploma, or equivalent.

5 years of experience working in fast-paced office environment.

2 of those years working on a CMMS for a large facility.

The CMMS Administrator must be organized and efficient and able to handle complex data-input with little to no errors.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

CMMS Administration experience

Able to work with minimum supervision

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity of SharePoint

Federal government project work experience

Experience with and knowledge of Alaska Native Corporations.

Work requires computer usage with strength, dexterity, coordination and visual acuity to use keyboard and video display terminal and other office equipment.
