Under the general supervision of the Director of Human Resources, maintains human resources systems and records by providing functional support in talent sourcing and screening, employment processing, health and welfare benefits administration, training and development, records management.
Assist in the gathering, collecting, analyzing and preparation of data and information.
Under general supervision assist in improving field manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating and presenting potential solutions to Director.
Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Provides administrative support to executive team members.
Responsible for coordinating all general office duties and services, including but not limited to (supply ordering and fulfillment, event planning/travel coordination, reception, mail, telephone & office equipment maintenance, etc.)
Must be seasoned in utilizing Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and word.
