The CMI Group is looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support candidate that will service clients in a friendly, timely, and professional manner, have excellent communication and customer service skills, able to multi-task, and work well with deadlines and pressure. Candidate should be flexible in their job description, hours and open to cross training. Ideal candidate is organized and good at meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • Must have solid experience working with MS Office, Windows operating systems, and possess superior troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Must have a competent understanding of PC operations and basic networking.
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must work well with others, and require minimal supervision after the initial training period.
  • Must possess Superior communication and technical trouble-shooting skills
  • Candidate will be responsible for communicating with internal/external clients via telephone and e-mail.
  • Will log and assign Help Desk requests
  • Will monitor and troubleshoot issues with client automated input
  • Will process client input and troubleshooting internal/external client issues.

Emphasis of position is on professional customer support and process monitoring.

Requirements:

* Some college and/or equivalent related Help desk, IT experience is a plus

* Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

* Strong Analytical skills

* Outstanding Organization, time management, follow-up skills

* Ability to work well with deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $14.50 /hour
