The CMI Group is looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support candidate that will service clients in a friendly, timely, and professional manner, have excellent communication and customer service skills, able to multi-task, and work well with deadlines and pressure. Candidate should be flexible in their job description, hours and open to cross training. Ideal candidate is organized and good at meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
Emphasis of position is on professional customer support and process monitoring.
* Some college and/or equivalent related Help desk, IT experience is a plus
* Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
* Strong Analytical skills
* Outstanding Organization, time management, follow-up skills
* Ability to work well with deadlines

Salary: $14.00 to $14.50 /hour
