The Channel Account Manager will be responsible to grow Trend Micro’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) business by recruiting, enabling and growing national MSP partners, a key area in Trend Micro’s channel business. The MSP Channel Account Manager will have responsibility for working with internal and external resources to identify partners for focus, expansion and growth. This includes developing and implementing recruiting account-specific plans and sales strategies designed to achieve and exceed organic revenue growth goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and drive MSP recruitment
Develop relationships with our MSP partners to ensure their success within Trend Micro
Develop sales action plans to increase MSP sales volume
Present training and education on sales, marketing, customer service, products, markets, ordering procedures etc.
Provide business and sales support to the national MSPs
Manage deal registration and sales pipeline in coordination with internal sales leadership and channel partner sales leadership.
3-5 years experience managing strategic channel partner relationships
Experience with MSPs is a plus
Experience managing a sales pipeline
Bachelor's Degree; Business Administration preferred
Ability to travel minimum of 50% of the time
Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
