This position shall be the System Administrator of the Siterra Site Development software platform. Additionally, this position administers all aspects of the site development process in the establishment of new Shentel wireless cell sites, and other wireless projects as required, and any subsequent modifications and upgrades thereof, including the establishment and tracking of projects in the tracking and financial systems, monitoring budget to actual expenditures, managing all aspects of the purchase order process, coordinating with internal site development personnel (e.g., Construction and Site Acquisition), and maintaining the smooth flow and accumulation of documentation required to proceed through the Notice to Proceed (NTP), Release to Build (RTB) processes, and Construction Complete (CC) milestones.

Qualifications Requirements:
a. Education: AS Degree in Business, IT or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, candidates may be considered with any of the following: Project Management certification, two years of work experience with project management, two years of work experience with System Administration of a software platform, two years’ work experience with Accounting or Finance.
b. Work individually or with others with minimal direct supervision.
c. Licenses or Certifications: Valid Driver’s License required. This position may require periodic travel.
d. Special Requirements: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
e. Experience Level: Prior experience with System Administration, database management, and/or project coordination preferred. Knowledge of: a. Real estate development preferred. b. SharePoint, AX Dynamics, or Siterra preferred. Skills: 1. Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills required. 2. Detail-oriented. 3. Demonstrated strong trouble-shooting and problem solving skills. 4. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneous.
