The University Relations programs at Kraft Heinz do not subscribe to the traditional university recruiting playbook. Our UR hires are the most important talent pipeline in our global organization. The University Relations Specialist plays a critical role on the University Relations team in all college recruiting activities at both the undergraduate and MBA level. This role is challenging, exciting, and one of a kind. Over performance in this space will open the door for massive opportunities within the Kraft Heinz company. Through this role you will gain valuable experience and knowledge from around the business, be exposed to all levels of leadership, and use your skills and experience to identify and develop the next cohort of future leaders for the organization!
As the University Relations Specialist you will get to…
Support the coordination and execution of all University Relations recruitment and development activities with precision, speed, and accuracy
Work with external partners on various purchasing activities
Manage venue and facility selection
Serve as the main point of contact for partner universities to enable a high degree of visibility for all UR activities on campus
Own all pertinent data to ensure the success of our world class programs
Bring creative touches and pitch ideas to improve the programs
Think critically and solution quickly, at times in the moment

You have the ability to manage up and have a strong executive presence
You are able to execute, and deliver on a strategy with precision
You are engaging, flexible, knowledgeable, detailed, and creative
You have a proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
You have a demonstrated history of setting goals and achieving them
You are technologically savvy with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
You like to have fun at work and are passionate about recruiting and development early talent
Bachelor’s degree required
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Management Skillsets
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Recruiting, Event Planning, or related field
Must be able to work independently with the ability to think outside of the box
Have a keen eye for detail and can remain organized through a rapidly changing environment
