Inside Sales Representative
Our staffing company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
What the inside sales representative will do:
The inside sales representative will be responsible for handling all calls to and from prospects and clients promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We experience extremely time sensitive, high call volume, so it is important to maximize your time on the phone.
To be successful in this role, inside sales representative should have a background in the staffing industry and experience in inside sales.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibility:
Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative
Hands-on experience with cold calls, telemarketing and sourcing
Knowledge of staffing agencies
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed and Ziprecruiter)
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent closing skills, prospecting skills, customer service, and people skills
Customer focused, great at building relationships and professional
Motivated by sales
Knowledge in the construction industry, not needed, but preferred
Bilingual, not needed, but preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Salary: $14.00 /hour
