Join Our Team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator!
We are a warm and welcoming private dental practice that has recently expanded and is adding to our talented team. We’re looking for an additional Dental Treatment Coordinator to meet the needs of our growing patient base.

In this key role, you will be the friendly face that works closely with our clinical team to guide our patients through their treatment journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and excited about their dental care.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with our clinical team in the development of personalized treatment plans that meet each patient’s needs.
- Meet with patients to ensure they understand their recommended dental treatment and work out financial arrangements for their continuing care.
- Assist patients in understanding their dental insurance benefits and how they relate to their treatment.
- Educate patients on their treatment options and financial responsibilities, helping them make informed decisions.
- Work with patients to obtain clear and concise financial agreements in writing, ensuring they clearly understand their payment options and responsibilities for the treatment they are scheduling.
- Coordinate care with other health professionals for medical clearances and referrals when needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records, ensuring all documentation is organized and up to date.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and understanding, finding solutions to issues that arise to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Follow up with patient’s pre- treatment needs and post-treatment satisfaction to enhance their experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a dental practice is required
- Strong working knowledge of dental procedures, coding, insurance and treatment coordination is required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, friendly demeanor that puts patients at ease
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A team player who is eager to contribute to a positive team culture
- Willingness to participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance expertise in dental treatment coordination
