The HR Reporting & Data Analyst will transform the way Related reports on and manages HR data within our technology solutions. This role will enable HR to proactively identify trends and needs within the business, and create operational efficiencies. HR technology solutions include but are not limited to core HR, payroll, time and attendance, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and learning management. The candidate should have the ability to tell a story with data, and be able to collaborate with key stakeholders.

Responsible for understanding and analyzing data within HR systems and downstream impacts: including UltiPro, Halogen, Cornerstone, iCims
Report development: manage and maintain core application reports for custom reports and compliance reporting
Fulfill all data requests for executive team; headcount reports and other key metrics, EEO and Affirmative Action reporting
Ensure data integrity of HR systems by managing regular audits and data quality exception reporting
Have the ability to communicate with all levels of the business; gather reporting requirements, document functional and technical designs for reports; identify when core reports should be consumed versus custom reports and provide best practice recommendations
Determine business requirements and implement manager dashboards for the businesses based on needs and priorities
Using HR data, create presentations in PowerPoint on behalf of HR for senior leaders
Manage all scheduled reports
Work closely with key HRIS resource and provide back up support as needed
A minimum of 3 years in HR Operations and/or HR Systems roles.

Advanced MS PowerPoint
Experience with HR systems, UltiPro experience preferred
Must have at least one year of project management experience; demonstrated ability to be self-directed
Strong working knowledge of core HR transaction processes, including organizational management, benefits, new hire, separation, leave management, workers compensation, time and attendance, and compliance (federal, state, local laws and regulations)
Bachelor Degree in HR / Business or related field (Master's Degree a plus)
Experience in managing HR systems such as Talent Management, Applicant Tracking, LMS and
Strong HR acumen and technical aptitude, with proven experience in measurement, data analysis and interpretation
Demonstrated ability to deliver sound, clear advice in a business setting
Highly versatile individual with great attention to detail and dedication to high quality work
Demonstrated team player, leadership and client relationship skills; willing to be hands on
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Strong organization and planning, analytical, administrative and detail-oriented skills required
