This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge in the following key areas: Hardware Architecture (performance testing, monitoring, operations), Hardware Benchmarking (Agile, program managements, network management), Design (compliance, security), Network Engineering (planning, provision)
Advanced understanding of business technology drivers and their impact on architecture design, performance and monitoring, best practices and JPMC policies
Proficient in multiple infrastructure technologies
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget
Ability to articulate to more experienced management a technical strategy in clear, concise, understandable terms
The Technical Product Manager will drive the architecture and design of the application performance management telemetry solution, aligning with the executive leadership and product owners along with implementation teams, so to support the transformation [Agile, DevOps and SRE] and adoption of proven practices delivering an environment of speed, scale and seamless collaboration with transparency.
Lead architecture, design and development of instrumentation, aggregation, and data distribution solutions via various commercial and open source products including: Prometheus, Kafka, Spark, Grafana, Cassandra, custom solutions, etc. Develop dashboard and event alerting for critical business transactions, with demonstrated expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques.
Working with technology implementation team to articulate roadmap progress and coordinate with other team members to make decisions regarding solution constraints or directions. Participate in a technology project from concept to implementation, and through all phases of the software development lifecycle, leading architecture and design.
Broad technology experience encompassing infrastructure, operations and development. 10 plus years of experience in information technology field, with a minimum of five years driving senior architecture discussion and decisions.
