The Job:
- Ideate, draft, write, manage, revise, and deliver video creatives for one supplement brand's social media video advertisements, primarily for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. It's only for one brand, Auri Gummies, and it's our largest client so we need the help.
- Expertise in e-commerce paid advertising, with a focus on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram ads.
- Proficiency in drafting outlines, scriptwriting, helping to manage production schedules, helping to pitch creative ideas to clients, and helping to oversee the production of video ads.
- For real though, it's like 80% drafting outlines. There's a lot. Can't undersell that. Writing outline cards is like the whole thing. Candidate must be functionally addicted to ideating/writing outlines for social media video ads.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, especially TikTok.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce advertising. Applicants without a portfolio of advertisement projects will not be considered.
- Oversee the creation of approximately 36-48 video ads per week.
Skills Required:
- Experience using project management tools such as Frame.io, Monday.com, Slack, Google Drive, or similar software.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency to deliver ads swiftly for clients.
- Exceptional time-management skills.
- Ability to work quickly, handle a high volume of work, and maintain attention to detail.
- Capacity to think in granular detail to produce high-quality advertisements consistently, even in a variety of styles for different clients at the same time.
- Experience with ad performance analysis, including the use of software like TripleWhale (or Ads Manager, Motion App, Super Metrics, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Generating and implementing creative strategies for video ads.
- Managing client projects and production schedules.
- Ensuring the quality and effectiveness of advertisements.
- Keeping up-to-date with social media trends and e-commerce advertising tactics.
- Collaborating closely with the production team, project managers, editors, clients and other participants.
- Analyzing ad performance and optimizing for conversions.
