At Kraft Heinz- the Talent Management team helps employees choose courage in their careers through creating and executing a full development cycle. The Sr Analyst, US Talent Management brings data and new ideas to help employees own their careers, give and receive better feedback and grow to their full potential. This exciting and high visibility role plays a key part in the design and execution of various programs and processes that support KHC's talent strategy. In partnership with global stakeholders, this individual works closely with the Sr. Manager, Talent Management to build, implement and continuously improve talent programs, including 9-box calibration, succession planning, talent assessments, manager excellence coaching, and leadership and top talent development tracking.
Directs planning and organization of all TMS (talent management system)/streamlined data requirements and solutions working with the US & Global Analytics teams.
Brings new ideas to the table to deliver solutions in line with Business Strategy as we create and implement global talent management policies and procedures.
Supports the 9-boxing and succession planning process through project management, the creation of global templates, data validation, presentation creation, and crafting the US story through the addition of insights in conjunction with manager.
Participate in the creation of the annual US leadership performance assessment frameworks and storylines.
Maintain data readiness for all senior leadership inquiries, board presentations, US development conversation milestones, etc.
Own talent pool data management and information sharing across the US HR organization, as well as manage the data sharing parameters and approach for all Talent & HR partners.
Pull, integrate, and analyze data to provide insights on leadership capabilities and skills needed in KHC (Kraft Heinz Company) to support business partners.
Ensure confidentiality of all employee records in compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
Bachelor’s Degree is required
2-3 years of experience with performance management, development planning, or broader HR exposure preferred
High proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to manipulate data in Excel including v-lookups, pivot tables, and macros...
Tableau experience preferred
Workday experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills - ability to gain trust through strong communication and doing what you say you will do
Strong research, writing, analytical and critical reasoning skills
Excellent organizational skills, self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities.
Ability to be flexible in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
Stable disposition for dealing with classified and highly sensitive information
A willingness to learn on your own and take initiative
