E2 is seeking a collaborative Senior Helpdesk Associate to support the company-wide computing environment. Daily tasks consist of interacting with the end-user community, troubleshooting computer related issues, onboarding and offboarding employees, and performing complex Microsoft Office 365 deployments. The initial focus of the Senior Helpdesk Associate is to reduce the amount of time to close tickets by implementing process efficiencies to be used by the Service Desk.
The Senior Helpdesk Associate will work on multiple functional tasks of medium to high technological complexity. The Senior Helpdesk Associate will be E2’s subject matter expert for the Microsoft Office 365 application suite and they will spend most of their day using Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
The Senior Helpdesk associate will work across company departments to ensure proper functionality in Microsoft Office 365 areas including: Exchange Online, Skype for Business Cloud PBX, OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online.
E2 is a fast-paced dynamic company and requires a proactive and professional individual who can operate with minimal direction, is highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple initiatives, efficient, and able to interpret, summarize, and communicate data at the macro and micro levels. The Senior Helpdesk Associate will interact with E2’s Chief Information Officer to determine high priority initiatives.
Administer Azure Active Directory – Create and modify user accounts; join PCs to Azure Active Directory; Create and modify security groups
Administer Azure Intune – configure and enforce conditional access policies; create and publish PowerShell scripts to automate IT tasks; manage mobile devices; create and manage antivirus and Windows update policies
Provide support and training for the user community
Interface with Microsoft support and Microsoft consultants as required
Troubleshoot performance issues, investigate critical system errors, capture traces, and analyze logs
Write and update technical documentation such as technical diagrams and configuration procedures
Provide after hour support as required
Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting or related field from an accredited college or university.
