A Nursingale LPN provides in-home skilled nursing care to medically fragile clients with complex medical needs, which may include the following care: tracheostomy, ventilator, feeding tube, seizure management, and medication administration. We provide the skills training you may need.
We have full-time, part-time and per-diem LPN positions available. Shifts may be 8, 9, 10, or 12-hour depending on assignment.
With Nursingale, you will:
· Work independently in client homes and/or school settings within the scope of nursing practice
· Provide high-quality nursing care focused on compassionate family-centered care
· Apply professional knowledge and skills to facilitate optimal client health
· Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
· Complete client assessments and implement physician orders
· Use clinical judgment and critical thinking skills in emergency situations
· Accurately document all nursing care activities, including client outcomes

Requirements:
· Current Oregon LPN license
· American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification
· Currently licensed and insured to drive a vehicle in state of residence
· Ability to communicate concisely and deliver safe nursing services in the provision of care
· Ability to cultivate positive relationships with team members, medical professionals, and others working with families
· Proof of up-to-date vaccines including COVID-19 (religious and ADA accommodations will be considered)
· Ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted
· Employment contingent upon successful background check, prior to hire and every 3 months thereafter, and for schools, if applicable.
