The ideal candidate will be responsible for accessioning and processing blood, urine, and swab samples for routine Chemistry and Hematology testing in a high-complexity lab setting. You will ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant rules, procedures, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accession and process blood, urine, and swab samples.
- Perform routine Chemistry and Hematology testing.
- Operate laboratory equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintain logs, quality control (QC) records, and calibration data.
- Follow all regulatory requirements and laboratory protocols.
- Ensure high standards of accuracy, safety, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-complexity lab setting.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures, QC, and calibration.
- Ability to operate lab equipment and troubleshoot issues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
