Beyondsoft Consulting, Inc. is looking for a web/marketing analyst with at least 1-3 years’ experience to perform analytics reporting and analysis in the digital marketing field. We are growing rapidly and are seeking innovative think out-of-the-box candidates. The desired candidate will be a data-driven individual who loves to dive deep into data to create meaningful reports containing actionable insights on consumer behavior. This position will have a key role in providing marketing analytics for a high-profile client in the automotive industry. This person must work effectively with clients and vendors while completing high-quality analytics deliverables in support of all digital marketing channels.

Hands on expertise working with Adobe Analytics/Omniture/Sitecatalyst or MS PowerBI is a critical focus for this position.

Measure site usability/effectiveness, along with monetization of media campaigns, and present actionable insights and recommendations based on data results and best practices
Build custom analytics dashboards and reports that can effectively present digital performance to the appropriate audiences
Coordinate the execution of A/B tests and analyze test results for presentation to stakeholders
Leverage data to gain insight into trending, user experience and behavior in order to drive the appropriate digital marketing, mobile and social strategies
Data analysis of various web projects and ad hoc requests
Automate recurring dashboards and reports
Assist in the definition and creation of Adobe (Omniture) tags for web and mobile applications
Participate in tag management services and maintain integrity across multiple sources of data
Partner with multiple vendors to implement analytics requirements and streamline project processes
Contribute to building an analytics strategy for digital marketing goals and objectives
Assist in evaluating and recommending digital marketing tools and products
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 1 - 3 years of web metrics and/or analytics experience
Strong Adobe Analytics experience (formerly SiteCatalyst and Discover, ReportBuilder, Data Warehouse, etc.)
Experience with a site optimization tool (e.g. Adobe Target, Maxymiser, etc.)
Highly proficient in Excel with building complex dashboards
Highly proficient in PowerPoint with designing analytics-based presentations and visualizations
Understands (and must have hands-on experience in) how to analyze, structure and interpret large volumes of raw data into effective visual stories for business owners
