The Boeing Company is recruiting for an Executive Office Administrator to support the Vice President of Sales located in Renton, Washington.
Prioritize, manage and schedule time and availability for most efficient use of time.
Managing Outlook calendar for Vice President and other Executives on the Leadership Team.
Coordinate travel arrangements including local travel, monitor travel logistics, generate expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verify payments to corporate credit card.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, co-workers and peers, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information and while working under tight and often competing deadlines.
Verbally communicate and receive a wide variety of information to and from multiple audiences.
Process and screen incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.
Plan, coordinate and implement logistics for senior executive level internal and external events.
Create, edit, and maintain electronic and written communication.
Coordinate with appropriate focal to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Promote teamwork and value-added ideas to management and administrative staff.
Work under minimal supervision.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
High School diploma or higher
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience in coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements, generating expense reports and reconciling corporate credit card charge
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1-3+ years’ experience supporting Executives or Senior Managers
Experience managing executive schedules and calendars
Excel at creating and sustaining effective working relationships with internal coworkers, executives and external audiences and partners while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Be able to work outside of normal business hours on occasion to support statement of work.
Have the ability to quickly familiarize themselves at a high level with new issue areas as well as the ability to pivot from supporting work in one issue to the next.
Have thorough knowledge of company office practices and technology, applicable policies and procedures, and the organizations office information workflow and structure.
High school diploma or GED and typically 7 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
