Central MN Mental Health Center has an opportunity for a Full-Time Program Manager in our Focus XII Men’s Residential Halfway House, located in St. Cloud, MN. Focus XII is a 24 hour Licensed Supervised Living Facility SLF) through the MN Dept. of Health, and operates in accordance with 245G Substance Use Disorder programming through the MN Dept. of Human Services. The Focus XII Program Manager supervises the staff and manages the program.

Essential Duties may include but are not limited to:
General oversight of programming relating to staffing, operation, agency and licensing bodies.
Provide program implementation and infrastructure
Management and supervision of staff
Administrative services, including financial stability and meeting productivity standards
Facilities management
Application review would begin in 3-6 months, after it is determined if the position is needing permanent placement

Bachelor’s degree in social work or the behavioral sciences from an accredited university and/or
Minimum of two years’ work experience in direct service to individuals with chemical use problems; or for a Supervisor;
(3) years of work experience in the management or administration of direct service to individuals with chemical use problems;
Licensed as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor according to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 148C;
Meet qualifications set forth by the State of Minnesota and 245G SUD program requirements for clinical supervision;
Clear DHS background study and sexual exploitations screening
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification
