ENGIE’s Senior Business Process Lead will work with a multi-disciplinary team as a (COINS) subject matter expert utilizing the latest Cloud based construction enterprise technology and software focusing on Financials, Operations and Project Management processes.
As a integral part of the US based corporate office located in Houston, TX, you, the Senior Business Process Lead will architect, configure and maintain the COINS business processes and will be responsible in planning and executing new functionalities, enhancements, reporting and acquisition integrations.
What you’ll do:
Standardize finance configuration and integrate multiple entities into common operating processes and procedures.
Implement Finance and Project Management end user training programs.
Maintain and manage financial & operations reports. Focus mainly on the creation of reports, helping platforms run reports and pull necessary data.
Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls.
Consult with end users, management, vendors and technicians to assess needs and functional business requirements.
Develop and maintain financial and Project Management integration template(s).
Identify goals and project deliverables clearly.
Define all activities necessary to acquire project goals and objectives.
Record and document concisely and clearly all project plans.
Identify prime risks and limitations within project plans.
Evaluate and determine plan variance from project performance.
Provide and present performance information related to COINS projects.
Identify probable impact to associates, clients and stakeholders.
Consult with subject matter experts through the organization to gather entire business needs required to attain project goals.
Conduct change management throughout project inclusive of schedule, scope and team membership.
Collaborate effectively with associates across entire business unit along with management levels.
Ensure to capture, prioritize and solve project problems in organized manner.
What you bring:
In depth knowledge of COINS (Construction Industry Software), financial modules and reporting .
Broad knowledge of COINS Project Management modules and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree required in a computer related field.
Minimum four years’ experience in Information Systems.
Minimum four years’ experience managing Financial Reporting.
Minimum two years’ experience in Project Management.
