Office Manager/Administrative Assistant needed for a trade association headquartered. Ideal candidate will handle all aspects of the administrative operations for the office. In addition to handling the phones, emails and preparing monthly reports, the assistant will be involved in the coordination and creation of some off-site events with association members. Additionally, the right candidate will perform office accounting, including paying vendor invoices, sending out member and supplier membership dues invoices and database management.
Social Media experience would be helpful. A great attitude and superb customer service abilities is a key component of this position.
