Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Administrative Assistant position in Atlanta, Ga. This is a temporary opportunity to fill in for a maternity leave. As a Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for maintaining client communication and assisting with event management for multi day retreats. Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:
Communicate chapter business to members via blast emails
Gather news items and set up and send bi-weekly newsletters
Event coordination (contracts negotiation, deposits, menu planning, communicating headcounts, transportation, point of contact for hotel/location, speaker management, event marketing)
- Strong project managements & planning skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
This position is Monday – Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm and offers an opportunity to continue developing organizational skills. The pay for this role will be $25/hr
