Responsibilities:
As an SEO Specialist at Diamond Recovery, you will be instrumental in enhancing our online presence and ensuring our services are visible to those in need. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Optimize Diamond Recovery's website and digital content to improve search engine rankings, boost organic traffic, and enhance online engagement.
- Conduct thorough keyword research specific to the behavioral health and recovery industry to identify key search terms and trends.
- Analyze keyword competitiveness and search trends to inform the content strategy.
- Optimize on-page elements, such as meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking, for improved search visibility.
- Content Strategy Development:
- Collaborate closely with the content team to develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals and industry trends.
- Create and manage a content calendar focused on high-value, keyword-optimized topics that align with our mission and services.
- Technical SEO:
- Conduct regular website audits to identify technical issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site architecture improvements.
- Ensure the website structure, mobile responsiveness, and navigation are optimized for SEO.
- Work on improving website performance, including load times and mobile-friendliness.
- Link-Building & Outreach:
- Develop and implement a robust link-building strategy to enhance the website’s authority and relevance.
- Identify opportunities for guest posting, partnerships, and high-quality backlink outreach within the healthcare and recovery sectors.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software to track and analyze website performance, traffic, and search engine rankings.
- Provide regular, data-driven reports to stakeholders, highlighting key SEO metrics, areas for improvement, and strategic recommendations.
- Stay Updated on SEO Trends:
- Continuously monitor industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.
- Adapt and refine SEO strategies to maintain and improve rankings, ensuring Diamond Recovery remains at the forefront of online visibility in the behavioral health industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
