Corvid Technologies seeks a mid-level technical candidate to join its Ballistic Missile Defense Group in Huntsville, AL. The candidate will join a team supporting multiple Department of Defense (DoD) Radio Frequency (RF) signature modeling and analysis efforts. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in RF signature modeling and analysis and should be proficient with the development and utilization of analysis tools. The ideal candidate will have experience with RF signature prediction codes (Xpatch, SAF, Periodic Method of Moments, ANSYS/HFSS, Cicero, etc.) and with high level programming languages (MatLab, C, C++, Python). All candidates should be self-motivated and show excellent written and oral communication skills.

The Ballistic Missile Defense Group at Corvid supports a variety of modeling and simulation efforts within the Missile Defense Agency including missile intercept modeling using first-principle physics codes, aerodynamic modeling of missiles and debris, fuel debris and intercept debris signature modeling, development of finite element models, modeling of BMDS radars, and analysis of BMDS sensor data. The group provides diverse research opportunities and a creative work environment within a small organization. An active SECRET or TOP SECRET U.S. Security Clearance is required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physical Sciences, Math, or Computer Science

Preferred Skills: Radio Frequency Signature Analysis Radar Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Statistical Classification Programming

Experience: MatLab, C, C++, Python, Electro-Optical Infrared (EO/IR)

Years of Experience: 3-10
