Title: Link Aquisition Manager

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Description: As the Link Aquisition Manager at Juris Digital, you will OWN all link building efforts for our clients at Juris Digital. In this position, you will build, train, and lead a team to scale outreach efforts and execute tactics that successfully earn links for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the department’s financials and making sure clients are getting what they need to be successful within their budgets and building the training to quickly bring on new employees. You will also be responsible for the quality assurance of your team’s results. This role is perfect for someone who has been an expert link builder.

Responsibilities:
Discovering new link building tactics
Earning and building links for our clients
Managing the link building team
Drive exceptional results for our clients
Providing support / training for support staff
Continual analysis of client link performance to ID areas of improvement / opportunity
Creation of advanced content / link building initiatives for high-value clients
Proactive client communication to ID pain points and areas of improvement
Internal process creation and documentation to consistently improve our link building offering
ID upsell opportunities and pitch to clients
Managing the department’s financials and staying within budget

Required Technical Experience/Skills/Tools:
5+ Years SEO Experience
Strong link building background
Basic HTML / CSS
Advanced WordPress
Advanced Google Analytics
Advanced Google Search Console
Ahrefs
SEMRush
ScreamingFrog
Google My Business
Excel
Technical writing / editing
