Human Resources Assistant

As a Human Resources Assistant, you the HR Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources Director. We are looking for an individual who is flexible, motivated, and proactive. You will conduct pre-employment background checks, assist hiring managers with the recruiting process and handle correspondences; such as employment verifications. You will create and maintain employee personnel files, conduct new hire orientation of training plans, presentations, materials, programs and assist with new departmental training initiatives. In this role, you must have exceptional organization skills, be friendly and eager to grow and learn. Qualified candidates should use good time management skills and enjoy a detail orientated environment.

You must always have the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion, show proven ability to prioritize and multi-task and have great listening skills. You will need to have the ability to collaborate and work with all levels of employees, have strong interpersonal skills; be people oriented; customer service savvy and show excellent verbal and written communication skills. This fast-paced environment will keep you on your toes, but your positive attitude will ensure your success at FASA. You are truly essential to our success!
