We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join Plethora. In this role you will play a key role in the success of the business, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Sales team to improve our internal processes and providing valuable feedback on product performance.

  • Engage with the Sales team before, during and after an order is placed to ensure that customer expectations are met.
  • Project manage large cross-functional projects to ensure complex orders are properly handled
  • Diligently follow up with customers, especially when an issue cannot be resolved quickly, and provide updates throughout resolution process.
  • Monitor ongoing customer interactions with the product, ensuring customer needs are being met and Plethora's products and services are aligned.
  • Establish trusted relationships with customers.
  • Assist in maintaining Salesforce.
  • Provide administrative support for team.
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical support positions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; answering incoming queries quickly with accurate information and able to interact with customers in a clear and concise manner, primarily by phone and email.
  • Able to work well under pressure and can handle difficult situations with a calm and empathetic approach, as well as meet daily and weekly goals.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful: you are a problem solver with a can-do attitude.
  • Must be able to prioritize work and manage time effectively; you thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a passion for technology and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
