Teladoc Health is searching for a temporary receptionist to aid in organizing and coordinating administrative procedures for their location such as maintaining processes, facilitating employee events, ordering of supplies and encouraging community outreach. The receptionist will focus on creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, safety and the company’s professional image. This role assists in the smooth running of the front office, day-to-day operation and engagement with our internal employees and external visitors.
Length of assignment: 90 - 120 days
Additional Details About the Role:
Handles distribution of mail including FedEx/UPS shipping and receiving, in a timely and efficient manner
Ensures organization of office operations and procedures
Schedules meetings, conference rooms, meeting space, IT and AV equipment and meals
Stocks and maintains kitchen and office supplies, meeting space and clean up-projecting a competent image consistently
Serves as the point person for the front office responsibilities including: maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, errands for kitchen and office shopping
Liaises with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
To Succeed in This Role You Will Need:
Proven experience as an office manager, front office manager or administrative assistant
Knowledge of office administrator and responsibilities, systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, in particular)
Ability to Multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
High School degree, minimum
B.A. or B.S., preferred, or equivalent experience
3+ years in administrative support or office management
