We have a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a Help Desk Analyst that can be REMOTE (sit anywhere). This is a 6+ month contract opportunity to provide tier 1 helpdesk support for one of our outstanding end-clients in the Legal industry. The position is fully remote with benefits.
We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst. This is a contract position supporting one of our customers.
7:00am-4pm or 8:am-5pm PT – 100% work from home.

- Someone who is comfortable delivering troubleshooting tips over the phone.
- Comfortable with first level support.
- Comfortable troubleshooting Windows 7/10.
- Good base knowledge and experience with Office 365 and Active Directory.
Provide a high level of customer and technical support to end users.
Support over the phone and support end users with O365, WIN10 e-mail and basic network issues.
Escalating issues to tier 2 and 3 teams when necessary.
Document steps taken and escalations in the call tracking system.
2+ years of experience in a help desk role is preferred.
Certs and degrees are preferred; though not required.
Strong knowledge base of WIN 10 and MS Suite.
Office 365 and Active Directory support experience.
Experienced with formalized ticketing systems.
