Job Summary/Objective:
As an account manager, your primary purpose is to strategically manage and expand an account portfolio, ensuring
optimal client service and alignment with sales objectives. You will support field representatives through targeted
collaboration, aiming to surpass sales targets and foster market growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and oversee strategic relationships with a diverse portfolio of key customers and/or agents.
- Grasp customer needs and adapt our solutions accordingly; relay customer requirements to our product
management and operations teams.
- Regularly interact with customers and agents in your portfolio to assure their satisfaction and pinpoint new
business opportunities.
- Formulate and implement account plans to attain sales targets, encompassing forecasts, budgets, resources,
and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to assure smooth execution of plans.
- Participate in sales presentations and product demos to underscore the benefits of our products and services.
- Maintain accurate and current records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; provide
periodic reports on account status.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market competition to guide sales and pricing efforts effectively.
Education, Experience, and Skills
Required
Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma
Preferred
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's
Specialized Degree: Business, Marketing, or similar field
Years of Experience: 1-3
