Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the expansion of our client base in the US, specifically in the financial service industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing strategic initiatives to meet aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies to expand our outsourcing services in the US financial market.
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with financial advisors, brokers, accountants and other industry professionals.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted partner for their outsourcing needs.
- Negotiations & Closures: Lead negotiations with potential clients, demonstrating the value of our services and securing contracts.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring effective follow-through on leads and opportunities.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools (Zoho CRM or similar) to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Project Management: Oversee business development projects, ensuring they align with company goals and are executed effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development and core sales within the financial advisory or outsourcing services industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial services, outsourcing models, and current market trends in the US financial market.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close high-value contracts.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve long-term growth.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
