Senior Marketing Product Manager (Conversion Rate Optimization & Marketing Funnels)

Reports To: VP of Marketing

The Senior Marketing Product Manager (Conversion Rate Optimization & Marketing Funnels) is focused on the ideation, creation and optimization of marketing funnel assets for assigned Empowered Education projects. They are expected to steadily improve the performance of assigned projects via A/B test management and the testing & adoption of new marketing ideas and strategies. Results will be driven by the progress of defined key performance indicators. They are an integral component to the success and longevity of overall company growth. Their initiative, creativity and a metrics-driven pursuit for excellence will enable them to be successful and have a positive impact on the world. This person is a results driven marketer who craves constant improvement who enjoys working across teams and is comfortable managing a small team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategy to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement.
Manage a continuous optimizing road map to deliver consistent growth against key performance metrics.
Analyze performance of content, email, and other campaign/funnel metrics to inform marketing decisions.
Act as single point of contact between brand and marketing leaders, product teams, and legal.
Plan, schedule, coordinate and execute strategic CRO a/b tests in Optimize for key audience segments that result in consistent sales increases YoY
Leverage research tools including HotJar, CrazyEgg, to drive CRO strategy
Test multi channel media campaigns including paid search and Facebook ads and landing pages
Leverage best practices for UI and UX for landing pages, both mobile, and desktop
Strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind to mine data for insights and generate hypothesis for constant and fast iteration testing.
Organized and methodical in setting up processes to streamline testing cadence with a team of diverse skills
Work with Development, Analytics and MarComms teams to implement and measure test and learn plans for each campaign
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and utilize competitive research, student feedback, and cross-departmental collaboration to identify, prioritize and execute appropriately on opportunities in market effectiveness
Have a solid understanding of each company persona and create/optimize marketing funnels to engage those personas.
Continuously launch new and improve existing funnels by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data, metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (customer services, social service, sales, marketing, etc.) to identify and understand the highest impact opportunities
Gain a keen understanding of how our target audiences consume our content and present ideas to enhance engagement while reducing friction
Assist with executing the marketing roadmap as laid out by the VP of Marketing and executive team
Requirements

Fast-Paced: You know how to create urgency for both stakeholders and team members, with enthusiasm and straight talk-whatever the situation dictates. You want to learn fast and find the next winner.
Agile with Technology: You are experienced using online applications such as Google Docs, Excel or other spreadsheet apps, contact management tools, project management tools (such as Asana), and more.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of experience creating and optimizing marketing campaigns and funnels with stellar references from the people you collaborated with. Teams you’ve been a part of have become more efficient and successful because of your leadership, contributions, and work ethic.
Experienced and knowledgeable with CRO tools to setup, launch, develop a/b tests (Optimizely, Optimize, Adobe Target, etc)
Experience with research tools including HotJar, CrazyEgg, Zarget or other similar tools
Experience with multi channel media campaigns and funnels
Understand best practices for UI and UX for landing pages, applications, mobile, and desktop
Strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind to mine data for insights and generate hypothesis for constant and fast iteration testing.
Organized and methodical in setting up processes to streamline testing cadence with a team of diverse skills
Effective communicator to market test ideas and influence test-related decisions
Excellent presentation and slide building skills to showcase learnings, results, and capture interest and attention
Experience with Health & Wellness industry or online education market preferred.
