As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will lead the company's digital marketing efforts. You will collaborate with all marketing teams to evaluate and develop strategies, plan and coordinate efforts, and contribute to our brand's ongoing awareness and positioning.
- Direct digital marketing and advertising, content marketing, and marketing research teams.
- The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for growing and developing our marketing teams. They identify opportunities to improve processes and play a key role in identifying positions that need to be filled. Their leadership is instrumental in enhancing our marketing capabilities.
- Manage the company's digital assets, evaluate performance, and ensure Baco/SPS has optimal mindshare and visibility, including website, SEO, digital advertising, social media, digital content, reputation management, and email marketing.
- Coordinate and evaluate marketing campaign performance, strategy, results, budgets, costs, return, and profitability.
- Collaborate with all relevant marketing areas, including brand identity, brand management, network marketing, marketing operations, event marketing, sales, retailing, pricing, facility management, and customer service.
- Work closely with sales and pricing teams to develop strategies that maximize profit and market share.
- In partnership with relevant teams, evaluate, recommend, and collaborate with various third-party marketing vendors, including developers, brand consultants, advertising representatives, technology platforms, designers, content creators, etc.
- Collaborate on vendor recommendations for our internal systems: metrics, tracking, database management, internal communications, machine learning, etc.
- Prepare and present marketing reports regularly to effectively share relevant information with key stakeholders.
- The Director of Digital Marketing is expected to stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and best practices. They communicate these insights to relevant stakeholders, ensuring our strategies and operations are always at the forefront of the industry.
- Evaluate trends affecting consumer behavior, lead generation, brand identity, competition, sales, performance, and profitability.
Meetings and Travel
- Attend and participate in ownership and Company meetings at the Baco San Francisco HQ and Field Support Office.
- Attend relevant leadership, marketing, educational, and industry conferences and events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
