As a General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the establishment, ensuring efficient and profitable business performance while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the business, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Experience in food preparation and food service industry
- Strong budgeting skills to manage financial aspects effectively
- Knowledge of inventory control practices to optimize stock levels
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a hospitality or food management setting is advantageous
- Familiarity with food production processes and quality standards in a hotel or similar environment
